To support and supplement the academic programme by providing teaching-learning resources required by the faculty members as well as students.
Since the founding of the college in 1997, the college library has been making upward strides synchronizing with the passage of time. Setting out with a humble beginning, the college library now stands embellished with books numbering around 7900 comprising text and reference Books. Reference books include dictionaries, encyclopedias, biographies, books for various competitive examinations, motivational books, rachanawali etc. The library has developed a collection of creative literature with quite a good number of novels.The library also has a collection of around 220 numbers of bound periodicals and a special collection of Karbi Language donated by Karbi Lammet Amei (Karbi Sahitya Sabha). The library subscribes to thirteen periodicals and five newspapers.

User Orientation Program :-
To introduce new users with the library resources and services, the library staff has been conducting orientation programmes for FYUGP 1st semester students at the beginning of each academic session since 2017-18.
Best Reader Award :-
To motivate the students for using the library, the library has a practice of giving away 'Best Reader Award' to a selected student at the end of each session.
Thematic Book Display:
In 2024 the library initiated Thematic Book Display on a particular theme related to a particular occasion and still continued.
